This two-section Sandwich/Salad Unit features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and is equipped with a stainless steel insulated cover. It includes an 8-inch deep, 1/2-inch thick cutting board, two solid hinged doors, and four PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves. Additionally, it comes with 24 clear polycarbonate insert pans sized 1/6 (top). The unit boasts a stainless steel front, top, and sides, with an aluminum back and interior complemented by a stainless steel floor. It is mounted on 2-1/2-inch castors and operates with a 1/3 HP motor at 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 4.8 amps. The unit is NEMA 5-15P certified and has cULus and UL EPH Classification. Proudly made in the USA.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
