The Kool-It Signature Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit features a spacious two-section design with a 13.1 cu. ft. capacity, measuring 48-2/5 inches in width, 33-1/10 inches in depth, and 44-1/5 inches in height. It maintains a temperature range of 33-40?F and includes one insulated lid opening capable of holding 18 1/6 size pans (4-inch deep pans are provided, with the option to use 6-inch deep pans). This unit comes equipped with a removable cutting board, two solid hinged doors, and two adjustable shelves. Constructed with stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, it is mounted on four 4-inch swivel casters (two of which are braked) for easy mobility. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant and operates at 1/4 HP, 4.7 amps, and 115v/60/1-ph, complete with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
