It is equipped with an 11-3/4 inch deep cutting board and two drawers that can accommodate one 6-inch deep pan (not included). The unit boasts a stainless steel top, front, and sides, complemented by a GalFan coated steel back. The interior is aluminum with a stainless steel floor for enhanced durability. It rolls easily on 5-inch castors and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/5 HP compressor. Operating on 115v/60/1-ph and drawing 3.5 amps, this unit is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified, proudly manufactured in the USA.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer
Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
