Equipped with durable steel knives and a safety micro-switch on the lid and lever, it ensures safe operation. The ventilated motor enhances performance, while the 18/10 stainless steel tank with handles provides durability and ease of use. The transparent Tritan lid includes an opening for added convenience. With a heat-diffusing bottom, the unit also comes with a spatula and sharpening stones for maintenance. Crafted from aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with a power output of 1/2 hp, 2 amps, and 600 watts. This model is compliant with NEMA 5-15P, NSF, ETL-Sanitation, cETLus, and cULus standards.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
