The Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-7230-SD-LRR sandwich/salad prep table measures 72.50 inches wide by 35.75 inches deep by 44 inches high. Its three sections are equipped with three solid doors that prop open at 105 degrees to facilitate cabinet access. To enable monitoring, its LED display screen reads the temperature, which can be adjusted from 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit using electronic controls. The exterior is constructed of durable stainless steel; its interior is made of anodized aluminum to resist corrosion.
Offering a place for employees to prepare ingredients, the Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-7230-SD-LRR prep table includes a full-length, removable cutting board. It comes with 30 sixth-size food pans that are accessible behind its roll-top lid. Product in the cabinet is held on six shelves, which are coated in epoxy to provide strength and rust resistance. This unit is built with casters to enable mobility.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
