The Atosa Combi Oven is an electric, boiler-free model that accommodates either (6) 18 x 26 inch full sheet pans or (12) 12 x 20 inch steam table pans. It comes equipped with (6) stainless steel oven racks and features a 10-inch smart screen along with a Combi Smart cooking system that includes cabinet monitoring and multi-stage programming. This versatile oven offers (3) cooking methods???steam, convection, and combination???ensuring maximum steam saturation and humidity control. Additionally, there are (4) manual cooking modes and a temperature range from 86 ?F to 500 ?F. It includes (6) automated washing modes with twin chemical fill tanks, an 8 fan speed balance reverse, a removable core temperature probe, and a high-pressure coil wash hose. The oven also supports USB storage and is WiFi enabled, operating at 208-240v/60/3-ph with 54 amps. Certifications include ETL, UL, CSA, NSF, and ENERGY STAR ® compliance.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
