The Nella Volano meat slicer delivers consistent results every time and is specially designed for creating the thinnest slices of prosciutto. It features a built-in blade sharpener to keep it at its sharpest and allow for fast and efficient slicing at all times. The slicer also comes equipped with a blade guard that surrounds the entire edge keeping you and others safe while slicing or cleaning.

This manual meat slicer has a 12-inch blade and can accommodate food up to 9 by 7.5 inches. With an adjustable thickness dial, you?ll be able to create thin or thick slices between 0 and 2 mm.

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
