The Sierra Conveyor Pizza Oven is an electric, single-deck impingement oven featuring a 40-inch long cooking chamber and a conveyor belt that measures 32 inches in width and 74 inches in length. This stackable unit is equipped with an LCD control panel, a reversible conveyor system, and removable crumb pans for easy cleanup. Additional features include durable end panels, air fingers for enhanced cooking performance, and a conveyor belt with an exit tray. Constructed from stainless steel, it stands on locking casters for mobility. The oven operates on 208-220v/60/3-ph and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
