This two-section Sandwich/Salad Unit features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and a stainless steel insulated cover. It includes an 8-inch deep by 1/2-inch thick cutting board and four drawers, accommodating two 12-inch x 20-inch x 6-inch deep pans (not included). The unit is equipped with twenty-four 1/6 size clear polycarbonate insert pans for easy access to ingredients. Constructed from stainless steel on the front, top, and sides, it also has an aluminum back and interior, complemented by a stainless steel floor. The unit is mounted on 2.5-inch castors for mobility and is powered by a 1/3 HP motor, operating at 115V/60/1-phase with 4.8 amps. It comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug, is cULus approved, UL EPH Classified, and proudly made in the USA.
