The Atosa Combi Oven is an electric, boiler-free unit designed to accommodate (10) 18 in x 26 in full sheet pans or (20) 12 in x 20 in steam table pans. It comes equipped with (10) stainless steel oven racks and features a 10__ smart screen interface. The Combi Smart cooking system offers cabinet monitoring and multi-stage programming across three cooking methods: steam, convection, and combination, all featuring maximum steam saturation and humidity control. It also includes four manual cooking modes and operates within a temperature range of 86 ?F to 500 ?F. Users can choose from six automated wash modes with twin chemical fill tanks, and benefit from eight fan speed balance reverse options. Additional features include a removable core temperature probe, a high-pressure coil wash hose, USB storage capability, and WiFi connectivity. The oven operates on a 208-240v/60/3-ph power supply, consuming 80 amps, and is certified by ETL, UL, CSA, NSF, and ENERGY STAR.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
