It comes with a 3mm grating disc (28058) and a 3mm slicing disc (28064). The processor also includes a stainless steel mobile stand with two casters for easy maneuverability. Operating at a single speed of 425 RPM, it is powered by a robust 2-1/2 HP motor with a voltage of 120v/60/1-phase and a current of 13.5 amps. The unit is compatible with NEMA 5-15P and is certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer
Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
