The CookRite Proofer/Heated Cabinet offers an insulated design with a width of 25 inches, capable of accommodating up to 18 standard 18 x 26 pans. It features a transparent polycarbonate door equipped with a remain-open function, making access easy. The unit operates in heating mode with a temperature range of 80 ?F to 220 ?F, while the proof mode includes 10 humidity levels for optimal food preparation. Controls are conveniently managed through a dial system paired with an LED display. Additional features include a water tray for humidity, detachable slides, and a removable control drawer. Constructed with stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, the cabinet is reinforced with two swivel and two locking casters for mobility. It carries a power rating of 2kW and operates on 120v/60/1-ph power, complete with a cord, and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer
Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
