The blade is made of Japanese-made V-Gold 10 multilayer Damascus steel with a high-carbon core and facings (67 layers) of steel with the addition of molybdenum, cobalt and other elements. Sharpening on water stones at a minimum angle of information provides the cutting edge with razor sharpness and rarely requires updating (re-sharpening). The blade is moderately flexible and easily cuts through fibers of any density, bypasses obstacles, leaving almost no pulp on the bones.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
