Description

The Imperial IR-6-XB 36? 6 plate electric restaurant range comes with (6) powerful 2 kW 9? sealed round plate elements. The solid top and flat surface allows for fast even heating and also easy clean-ups. Utilized with infinite heat controls for maximum flexibility and precision cooking.

The IR-6 Electric Series Ovens are designed with a high-performance 5.4 kW element and a unique baffle above the element which helps distribute heat flow through the oven cavity for even heat distribution. The oven fits 18? x 26? standard sized sheet pants from front-to-back and side-by-side, one chrome rack is also included. Equipped with a heavy duty thermostat with a temperature range of 150o F to 500o F (65o C to 260o C). The interior sides, rear, deck and door lining is porcelainized.

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
