It is equipped with ten open burners, each capable of delivering 32,000 BTUs of power. The range includes removable cast iron top grates for easy cleaning and maintenance. Two 26-1/2 inch wide ovens provide ample cooking space, each with two adjustable chrome oven racks. Additional features include a pilot light, a drip tray, and a durable stainless steel construction on the front, back sides, kick plate, back guard, and over shelf. The unit is mobile with four casters and boasts a total output of 374,000 BTUs. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer
Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
