The Atosa Combi Oven is an electric, boiler-free unit designed to accommodate either (7) 18 in x 13 in half sheet pans or (7) 12 in x 20 in steam table pans. It comes with (7) stainless steel oven racks and features a 10-inch smart screen for easy navigation. The Combi Smart cooking system enables comprehensive cabinet monitoring and multi-stage programming across (3) cooking methods: steam, convection, and combination, offering maximum steam saturation and humidity control. Additionally, there are (4) manual cooking modes available, with a temperature range from 86 ?F to 500 ?F. The oven includes (6) automated wash modes supported by twin chemical fill tanks, an 8-speed fan with balance reverse, and a removable core temperature probe for precise cooking. Other features include a high-pressure coil wash hose, USB storage, and WiFi capability. The unit operates on 208-240v/60/3-ph, drawing 42 amps, and meets ETL, UL, CSA, NSF, and ENERGY STAR certifications.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
