It is equipped with a stainless steel top that includes openings for (16) 1/6 pans (included) and (4) drawers. The unit comes with a removable cutting board, an electronic thermostat, and a temperature range of 33?F to 40?F, which is clearly displayed on a digital LED screen. Automatic defrost is also included for convenience. The interior consists of a 304 stainless steel floor, an aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls and door backs, while the exterior is made of durable stainless steel. Movement is facilitated by (2) braked 2-1/2 inch swivel casters.
