The 84186-2 is Hobart?s highly versatile Food Cutter. This unit features a stainless steel bowl along with a reliable motor. Slicing, shredding and chopping options provide a variety for your recipe needs. The blade requires minimal sharpening for consumer benefit.

Due to the removable bowl cover, cleaning and operation is simple. An interlock safety feature was implemented to prevent the machine from being turned on unless the bowl cover is down and locked in place.

This Food Cutter has a 18" Stainless Steel bowl and a 1-HP motor. RPM Knife rotation on this model is 1725 RPM along with bowl rotation of 20 RPM. Unit has a one-year full warranty on parts, labor and mileage against manufacturer's defects.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
