This Refrigerated Chef Base measures 82-3/8 inches in width and features a one-piece 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel top with a V edge design. It includes four drawers, with the left drawer designed to hold three 12 in x 20 in x 4 in pans and the right drawer accommodating two (pans not included). The unit boasts a stainless steel front and sides, along with an aluminum back and interior that has a stainless steel floor. It is equipped with 4-inch castors for mobility and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The cooling system operates on 1/3 HP at 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 10.3 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug. This chef base meets various safety standards, including cULus, UL EPH Classification, and CE certification, and is proudly made in the USA.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
