The Dual Side Sandwich/Salad Unit features a robust design equipped with (16) 1/6 size (4 in D) poly pans and (2) stainless steel insulated covers. It includes 11-3/4 in D cutting boards, (2) full doors, and (4) PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves for versatile storage options. Crafted with stainless steel on the top, front, and sides, the unit also has a GalFan-coated steel back and an aluminum interior featuring a stainless steel floor for durability. The unit is mounted on 5 in castors for easy mobility and utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/3 HP compressor, operating at 115v/60/1-ph with 6.5 amps. Additionally, it is NEMA 5-15P certified, cULus listed, UL EPH classified, and proudly made in the USA.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
