This Bending Machine is widely used for bending materials like acrylic, plastic, PC, PVC and PP. The machine can bend the materials into different angles by heating up the materials with single or multi tube heaters. This machine is fast and precise. Working platforms are cooled by water cooling system for the best result, highest efficiency and precise angle forming. The adjustable temperature works out for different materials correctly without over heating, causing bubbles and undesirable curves. This is an ideal machine for ALL Acrylic and Plastic works.

DESCRIPTION
The YG-Series Plastic Bending Machines come in three widths YG-2400B (WL=2,450mm) YG-1800B (WL=1850mm) and the YG-1200B (WL=1250) all offer an Adjustable Heated Width of 0-40mm for different sheet thicknesses and bend radius, and have an automatic function which allows you to bend the plastic item on the machine at a pre-set angle, with air-cooling jets to cool the work-piece down while held in place on the machine.

It can be use in the totally Manual Function, or you can pre-set the heating/bending angle/cooling parameters to use the Semi-Automatic Function.

**UPGRADED INCLUSION** The YG-2400B now comes with a CW-5000 Industrial Chiller Unit for keeping the recirculating water in the aluminium bending tables cool. This is the only Plastic Bending Machine that allows you to ?bend on the machine? to the pre-set bending angle.

This machine can also be ordered with a top heating element.
