The Blixerr Commercial Blender/Mixer features a vertical design with a generous 60-liter capacity. It includes a removable and tilting stainless steel cutter bowl for easy cleaning and use. A transparent polycarbonate lid allows for monitoring during operation, while the control panel is fitted with a digital 15-minute timer. The unit boasts two stainless steel serrated blade assemblies, retractable casters for mobility, and durable stainless steel construction. With two speed settings of 1800 and 3600 RPM and a powerful 16 HP motor, this blender/mixer also meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
