This three-section Sandwich/Salad Unit features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and comes equipped with a stainless steel insulated cover. It includes an 8-inch deep by 1/2-inch thick cutting board, two solid hinged doors, and two drawers, each designed to hold one 12-inch x 20-inch x 6-inch deep pan along with three 1/9 size or six 1/6 size pans per drawer (pans not included). The unit also offers four PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves and includes thirty 1/6 size clear polycarbonate insert pans on top. Constructed with stainless steel front, top, and sides, an aluminum back, and an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor. It is mounted on 2.5-inch castors and operates with a 1/3 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph with a current of 5.1 amps. The unit is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug and holds cULus and UL EPH Classified certifications, and is proudly made in the USA.
