This Refrigerated Chef Base features a width of 82-3/8 inches and a robust 84-inch one-piece top crafted from 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel, complete with a V edge. It includes four drawers, with the left drawer designed to hold three 12 in x 20 in x 4 in pans and the right drawer accommodating two of the same size pans (pans not included). The front and sides are constructed from stainless steel, while the back is made of aluminum; the interior is aluminum as well, featuring a stainless steel floor. Mobility is enhanced by four-inch castors. The unit utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a 1/3 HP compressor operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 10.3 amps. It is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE standards. Proudly made in the USA.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
